Personality: Sein is an easy going guy sometimes considered too easy going by some or his calm laid back 'lazy' perception of life is an annoyance to others. He loves company and has grown up always surrounded by people making him somewhat over confident in his actions and a little flamboyant, sometimes loud.
He has the look of a witty clever person but in reality he is actually pretty dumb and despite his travels and experiences can sometimes be naive and careless. He also has a habit of talking about pointless stuff without realising it. He's also a mothers boy. Negative thing - he has a bad temper that's usually caused over stupid things but he's also easy to calm down.
He wears a lot of purple, wine, red and pink type colours to throw people off a stereotypical dark magician type as he does not wish to be labelled or seen as such by his mana and also in accordance with his ancestry.
He currently has a desire to improve and learn which is why he joined the magician guild thinking himself not strong enough to be a warrior and too moral to be a thief (that and he would rather use his skills from a distance)

History: Sein comes from a disgraced bloodline of the Blaakwel name who in later years moved and adopted the name of Alsyefor to break away from links to the past and any relations in the current day.
Dark magic is something in all of his family's blood but in past times there were some who abused this power and used it for unspeakable things claiming in defence it was to protect the borders and their king.

Summoning is also a highly dominant skill passed on through generations but due to incidents in the past involving summoning beings of malice and undead often using blood sacrifices his family have since abandoned it, mostly for fear of becoming like their ancestors of old.

In later years the Alsyefor's turned their back on using mana and became inn keepers with simple lives which is still true to his family today.

Sein is the youngest of 3 children. His elder brother left home whilst he was still young and wasn't heard of again, whilst his sister aspired to become a royal guard and left home shortly before he did. He had a comfortable upbringing and never so much cared for wealth or material posessions because of it, though he did become quite fond of jewels and gemstones.

If there was one thing he wanted it was to travel and experience adventure. It was his home at the inn and the customers who made him want to leave and become a mage in the first place having discovered he could use mana from an early age. The stories of quests and adventure caused him to crave his own and travel the world out there.

He had no interest in taking over the inn and focused all his time and energy on his mana and learning to control it. Most of his ability is self taught through studying and practice though he sought to learn from others mostly fellow mages and warriors he came across when he felt himself old enough and ready to leave the inn at the age of 19.

He tried to always travel alongside others and help them as best he could but times came where he had no choice but to continue alone. Disliking loneliness word came his way of the guild and seeing it as the perfect opportunity to learn more of his mana and meet others like himself as well as those he could look up to and learn from he decided to join as soon as possible.

Pet Nermu: Bat + cat creature that has been in the family for some time. It's believed to be a failed summoned demon from years past but the origins are actually unknown. She seems snobbish and takes little liking to anyone. It even took some time for her to like Sein. His parents sent Nermu with him for some company and also to act as some sort of guardian but the cat aspects are strong and the creature is overly lazy at times.
Nevertheless Sein has a lot of affection for her.
The creature rarely displays any use but it also has dark mana.

Bah sorry if it's so long XD other points I don't know if summoners are allowed but he is one and also I don't know where to place his hometown but I was thinking somewhere in Pranas. I want a good way to hear lots of stories and many people pass through whilst not being situated in the capital.
Sorry for my fail art too =A= Also only when I finished did I see that his colour scheme is like the guild template OTL XD.
And another thing if anybody wants to feed my men go ahead cos I swear I can only draw really skinny guys XD. I actually drawn him full body but I hated it so yeah I hope this is good enough
And lastly be proud or shocked this guy isn't blonde or a jerk/arrogant ass or a demon/angel XD.
